Can I return my product?
Some products are final sale and not eligible for return; this is indicated on the product page. If your product arrives damaged, contact our clinic to resolve. It's common to experience mild reactions such as redness, flakiness, or breakouts when switching to a new product; especially if your skin is not used to pharmaceuitcal-grade skincare. Many of the products available in the Imagen Shop include resurfacing ingredients, which work to remove impurities and dead skin, which can cause mild irritation. Since these products are highly effective, it is also common for patients to mistakenly use more than needed. Please contact our clinic to discuss how you are using the product and the reactions you're experiencing.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.
Can I sample a product first?
Imagen offers samples for select products with a free in-person consultation. Schedule yours by calling or texting us at 402-509-8473.
Why does my order need approval?
Some products require a consultation or prescription to order. These requirements are set by the manufacturer. Products that require review/approval before processing include: Refissa, Perfect A (Retin A), Perfect Bleaching Cream (Hydroquinone), and Latisse (Bimatoprost).
Do you price match?
We do not offer price matching at this time. However, we encourage you to subscribe to our email list to receive exclusive discounts and sale updates.
